Friday, October 9, 2020 we held the followup to our workshop on October 7th. We started to talk about possible content for the sections of the Conservation Plan.

Due to some file size restrictions the workshop was broken up into five parts.
Part I. Introduction.
Part II. Kate Slankard moderates discussion on our Conservation Actions and Management Recommendations starting with Conversion and Degradation of Habitat.
Part III. Kate Slankard continues moderating discussion on our Conservation Actions and Management Recommendations with agriculture, altered hydrology and its effects on habitat, climate driven impacts to habitats, commercial and industrial impacts to habitat, urbanization leading to habitat loss, and environmental contaminations like pesticides/herbicides and pollutants. Also discussed were human disturbances / persecution, and increasing pathogens / parasites.
Part IV. Patti Wohner presents some gaps in our knowledge including Current Population trends and Connectivity and Non-breeding Survival.
Part V. Patti Wohner continues presentation of knowledge gaps with Breeding Survival and technical knowledge gaps. Luke Powell presents Opportunities, “Big” Ideas, and Wrap Up.
